Catherine Boardman has extensive senior advisory experience in corporate governance and probity risk management. She is able to assist organisations in the cultural and attraction sectors in developing good practices in managing their major development contracting and stakeholder consultation. She is a contract Account Director with Procure Group following five years as Consulting Director for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and seven years with the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). Her experience includes the provision of probity services to Federal, NSW and Victorian government agencies and to local government. Catherine has a thorough understanding of procurement processes in the NSW public sector.
